In-App Purchases & Subscription Help

Restoring Purchases:

  • Open NeuroBlock OS and go to Settings → Subscription
  • Tap "Restore Purchases" and wait for confirmation
  • Ensure you're signed into the correct Apple ID
  • Restart the app if purchases don't appear immediately

Before Contacting Support:

  • Verify your internet connection is stable
  • Check that you're signed into the same Apple ID
  • Allow up to 24 hours for purchases to fully process
  • Take a screenshot of your purchase receipt from Apple

Focus Sessions & App Blocking Issues

Common Solutions:

  • Grant Screen Time permissions: Settings → Screen Time → NeuroBlock OS
  • Disable Low Power Mode which can interfere with focus sessions
  • Ensure app is updated to the latest version
  • Check that your device isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
  • Restart your device to clear any temporary glitches

If Blocking Isn't Working:

  • Verify the apps/websites are added to your block list
  • Check that blocking is enabled for the current time period
  • Confirm focus mode is active (not paused)
  • Review any exceptions you may have set
